Indeco Golf Services gives International Croquet Center a facelift
Indeco Golf Services was contracted to assist the International Croquet Center in West Palm Beach, Florida in preparation for the 2010-2011 tournament season. Services included sod removal and court edge restoration to original dimensions to provide proper court rotation during tournament play.

Winery Plans Approved - Permit Issued
A year of planning and working with local Napa Valley winery and vineyard consultants, county officials and neighbors culminated in a unanimous approval for Indeco to build a new winery facility on its Hillview Vineyard property. Local support was unprecedented, as plans for the new facility, designed to resemble an old fashioned horse barn, were warmly received by all adjacent property owners.

Who owns Vail?
Peter Jamar, a Vail Valley land-planning consultant, leans back in his office chair, exposing a sunny view of the Eagle river as it gurgles through a grove of cottonwood and aspen. On the conference table in front of Jamar lies a passel of topographical maps, filled with circles and arrows. A number of highlighted shapes stand out, marking the newest land-development projects under way in the Vail area.

Diamond S Ranch sold to investor group
The Diamond S Ranch east of Eagle has been sold to a group of investors who say they plan to pretty much leave it alone. John Bourassa, who splits his time between Jupiter Island, Florida and Beaver Creek, heads a seven-member group of friends that finalized the purchase this week from Selby Sullivan. The property includes 5,500 deeded acres, plus another 5,000 acres leased from the state, the BLM and Colorado Open Lands.
